When I think about the systems we put in place to reform poor behavior, I often think about the act of inprisonment. The binds that holds a crew of rock breakers, the torturious acts of an inquisitioner, strappado and other unique ways of illiciting a response. Then I think about D&D, a game most of us use to escape reality and suppliment a hero as an avatar of ourselves. In this episode you can really hear the two worlds crashing as irreversable decisions are made which really let others know where the moral line is.
We asked for mercy, and now their on our side.
Jon, yet again, I am sorry. If you want to find out how we tried to draw and quarter a writers conception of possible realities, listen in to episode 11 of Dungeonetics.

Dungeonetics: Season3 Ep 10 Coffee Talk
Tuesday Feb 28, 2023
Tuesday Feb 28, 2023
For one night we get a chance to sit down with our found friends, our close confidants, and dare I say cooperative storytellers to weave a moment of imagination into one anothers false-lives. This gets a bit tricky when those moments get extra cirricular and a full explanation is demanded.
Hence, this episode is Coffee Talk. The real nitty gritty comes out and those who want to sip through trapped lips can only smile as a reaction. We are no longer at war. The unrest we kicked into this world seems to have been saited for now. Hopefully these 43 minutes will change that.
Thanks again, as always, for Kellen for our slamming intro, KidDr1ft for "spell", Games Brown for the smoothness of a velvet slide, and Virus of Ideals for the beautiful exit music. "...so I guess my options are flee or fight. I'm going to fight" -Sir Rhogar
I truly am proud of this particular episode. I wanted to squeeze as much in as I could while still allowing the listener a finality to an event. After chasing an army on the field of battle and breaching the walls of their escape, we are faced with troubles. Moraly flexable ones at that. Not to ask the listener to picture the trolley car dilema, but imagine an unreliable narrator telling our heroes exactally what they wanted to hear until time ran up on the rouse.
Now, replace that narration with a mirror. You gas yourself up so much you can shoot to the stars only to find you've impacted an asteroid. The responsibility becomes our own to keep those arround us safe from the shooting stars. In that moment, a leader is defined, a decision is made, and a dice is rolled to find out who gets the honor of removing a royal smile at the neck. We redefine what going above and beyond is in this episode 9 is of Dungeonetics.

Folks and pals, you have stumbled into a battle heavy episode of Dungeonetics. After accidentally meeting with one of the wings of our company of bandits a plan is hatched. By collapsing the walled timbers of Grencroft by tunneling and fire, we can allow our forces to rush in and possibly win the day.
Possibly is just too much room for failure, and the Scaled Company will never fail. So a hearty plan B was enacted, to attack a guard house from the inside. Percise and with speed given it all had to be timed with the forces in waiting. Would our druid be able to sink his paws into the enemy yet again, or would the weight of the gates be too much to bare? Listen in, and find out on Episode 8!
Maybe. So in this session we storm ahead of the rank and file to gain entrance into a walled city. Our task is finding some way we can drop the gates or destroy the ramparts so our thousand strong force might gain the advantage. Now the common hero might get side tracked by silly tasks, such as drinking or brothel hunting, but not our team. We take on new exciting heights with multiple performances, including a unrehersed puppet show. Which unwilling member of our team is the puppeter? Listen to Episode 7 and find out for yourselves.
Thanks again, as always, for Kellen for our slamming intro, Drop Party for their new edition to the team, and Virus of Ideals provided the beautiful exit music. All are available on Bandcamp, Youtube, and Spotify.
